If you are looking for deep relaxation, healing, and self-care you are in the right place! Gentle yoga and pranayama is a form of breath-focused awareness meditation with the benefits of stretching your body. During the class, Esther guides you through different asanas and breathing techniques to get the maximum benefit of both.
