SELF CARE QUIZ

You probably heard many times “you can’t take care of others until you take care of yourself”. Self-care is an important part of the Ayurvedic lifestyle. Creating self-care practices is necessary to integrate body, mind, and soul. The first step to create a self-care practice is awareness. Do I integrate self-care in my daily life? Do I have boundaries with others to preserve my health?

This quiz can help you to self-evaluate where you are on your journey to self-care. Be honest with your answers, not what you would like to do, but if you currently do it. Share your email so we can share your results!

Instructions: From 1 to 3 evaluate your answers. 1(totally me!) 2(sometimes!) 3(No way!)
